Item: This is an antique lorgnette style eyeglass with a gold filled bridge made circa 1900. These were worn on a chain around the neck like a pendant necklace but could also be thrown in a pocket or put on a watch chain. An accomplished optometrist would be able to grind new lenses to fit these.
