Item: This is a great vintage bakelite belt buckle made in the 1930's. Lovely modeling looks like burlwood. It is a rich swirly buttercream color, a little lighter than in the picture. The opening accommodates a fabric 1 3/8" wide and the buckle measures about 2 5/8" X 2 1/2". It was never used and has a brass hook that has a dot of rust but could easily be polished, otherwise mint condition!
