Item: This is antique handbag of Victorian vintage. It is a brown velveteen with a silver plated brass top. The lining is a beautiful floral silk which is in excellent condition. As you can see in the pictures this is in very good condition, however some of the velvet around the edges has wear and there is some wear to the silver plate which is common with purses of this age - the stitching could also use some re-enforcement. Your satisfaction is guaranteed!
