Item: This is an unused Rolfs wallet in it's original box made some time in the mid 1950s. Like the "Lady Buxton" line or "Lady Kenmore", "Her Rolfs" was an attempt to market to middle class women in America. The graphic on the box is classic 1950s design. The wallet measures 5 1/8" X 4" and would fit nicely inside a larger purse. This has a slot for bills, another could be used for credit cards (credit cards were not yet ubiquitous) and has a suede lined coin purse. As you can see this is in it's original box and is in like new condition. Rolfs marketed this as a French Purse and this was part of a series of matching accessories that were available. The card inside brags "I'm extra large but cost no more!" This is a high quality piece and will surely give you years of good service. Last but not least it comes with one Rolfs dollar.
