Item: This is an interesting style of cameo brooch. It has a ceramic transferware illustration of a woman looking over her left shoulder set in a twisty gold filled setting. Circa 1900. As you can see in the picures there is a chip in one corner of the ceramic panel which can't be seen from the front.
