Item: This is a beautifully carved genuine shell cameo brooch mounted in an 18k gold setting made circa 1950. It has a loop at the top that allows you to wear it as a pendant and hangs behind the setting when you want to wear it as a brooch. It's in excellent condition is marked 750.
