Item: This is an ice blue crystal rhinestone brooch made in the 1950s. It has two tiers giving it some really nice depth and dimension. It has a rhodium plated finish and is in excellent condition. This will look beautiful in the center of a collar, on the lapel of a coat, or even pinned to a hat.
