Item: This is a gorgeous hand carved genuine shell cameo brooch mounted in a 12K gold filled setting likely made in the 1940s. The cameo has some really nice depth to it and is beautifully carved. This brooch does double duty as a pendant just by adding chain (I've added a couple pictures to show how this will look but the chain is not included).

Signature: 1/20 12K G.F.

Measurements: 1 1/4" w x 1 1/2"
