Item: This is an Art Deco brooch made in the 1980s. This style of brooch and clip combo has been manufactured by different companies over the years. This one was made by Delizza and Elster in the 1980s. It's a clever invention that allows a brooch to be separated and used as a pair of dress or shoe clips. As with all D&E jewelry this piece is not signed with the manufacturers name but this can be found pictured in the book Juliana Jewelry, The Last Generation.
