Item: This is a gorgeous antique genuine shell cameo necklace with a gold filled setting made circa 1920. It was made by the J.M. Fisher Company in Attleboro, Massachusetts which was founded in 1893. The cameo is hand carved and was likely made in Italy. This has the old style of spring ring clasp which, if you haven’t seen one before, opens counterintuitively.
