Item: This is an antique sterling silver Whiting & Davis mesh handbag made in the late Victorian period. It is lined in silk but about 3" will have to be re-sewn to the loops. This was probably gold plated at one time but much of it has worn off especially on one side.

Body Measures: 4 1/4" wide X 6" high.

Condition: 9 - looks like the gold plating is wearing off in places
