Item: This is a celadon blue/green velveteen hat with a bow in front and rhinestone embellishments with two tones of blue cabochons. This was made in 1960s by Emme Inc. which was an excellent New York hat manufacturer that made hats for better department stores all over the US like I. Magnin. This hat retains it's original price tag from Meier & Frank of Portland, Oregon. The original price was $65.00 which according to the CPI Calculator is over $500 in today's money! This was likely never worn is in excellent condition.
