All items on our website are available to view or try on at our store. Check out our Directions page for a map to the store. If you live outside the Portland / Vancouver area and would like to purchase something from our website you may pay by Paypal, check or money order. When paying by Paypal Decades ships only to addresses Confirmed by Paypal.

If you do not have a Paypal account you can choose to use your credit card. Here's how: Click the Add To Cart button. You'll be directed to the Paypal shopping cart page which will show you the items in your cart. Click Proceed to Checkout. This brings you to the Paypal Log In page. On the lower left of this page you will see the words "Don't have a Paypal account?' Click on the Continue button, enter your credit card information and follow the instructions. It's easy, safe and secure!

If you wish to purchase an item by check or money order you may send a purchase inquiry by clicking on the Inquire link. Include the item description, item # and price. We will check to see that it hasn't sold and contact you as soon as possible.

Condition Scale
We use a 1 to 10 condition scale in which 10 is mint. We are known locally as having the strictest standards of any vintage store in our area.

New Old Stock
New old stock - also known as dead stock - is an antiques industry term for vintage items that have never been used. Sometimes coming from forgotten stashes of stores that closed long ago, sometimes items bought but for whatever reason never worn. Items in this category may have original hang tags, price tags or pins still in the garment.

Shipping
All items are shipped USPS Priority Mail with a Delivery Confirmation tracking number. Insurance is available upon request. When paying by Paypal your item will be shipped out next day - there is a 10 day clearing period for checks or money orders. In the event of a return shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 10 days of purchase for all online sales. There will be a $5.00 per item restocking fee on all clothing items returned to recover our dry cleaning costs. If you buy a 2 piece item this charge applies to both pieces. There is no restocking fee for non clothing items.
