Item: This is one of my favorite pieces of costume jewelry by the legendary jewelry designer Marcel Boucher. Early in his career Boucher designed fine jewelry for Cartier but started his own company in the late 1930's. His jewelry sold mainly in high end stores like Saks Fifth Avenue.
