Item: This is a beautiful Art Deco brooch designed to mimic the jewelry styles of the 1930s and 1940s. It has an open backed aquamarine blue stone in the center with clear rhinestones and pavé set rhinestones around it. The bottom part of the brooch hangs from the top which gives it motion and sparkles in the light.
