Item: Barely the size of a dime the center oval of this antique bar pin brooch is a hand set micro mosaic of a bird and flowers made 1890 in gold plated sterling silver. This depicts the Lion of St. Mark which is the official symbol of the city of Venice and is likely where the brooch was made and purchased as a souvenir.
