Item: This is a classic 1920s Art Deco pendant necklace with a black onyx center carved in a floral pattern and set in sterling silver with a few marcasites for sparkle. At some point in it's history the chain must have broken and a sterling extender was added making the full circumference about 16 inches. These filigree deco pieces were very popular in the 1920s and are widely collected today for their beauty and wearability.
