Item: This is a very nice coffee brown cordé purse with a translucent orange carry handle made in the late 1930s. These cordé handbags were very popular in the 30s and 40s. The handle and harp are likely celluloid and have a nice flower and vine design. Inside there is a silky smooth satin lining with a few tiny holes as seen in the pictures.
