Item: 1980s Mr. California shirt. The Mr. California label dates as far back as the 1950's and the shirt styles have changed little since the 1960s when these cotton / poly blends were introduced. So dating these shirts can be a bit tricky as we have to look at the width of the collar as well as the labels to give us clues. Though the width of this loop collar was used in the 1960s it has the Made In Taiwan R.O.C. label which didn't come into use until the 1980s.

Label: Partial label indicates size, fabric content and country of origin.

Measurments: Size L, 24" from underarm seam to underarm seam, 20" across the shoulders, 30" from collar to hem.
